The ‘Returning Customer? Click here to login’ section appears underneath the cart when you first visit the cart, and so the form opens directly underneath it which is fine. However if you update the cart, the ‘Returning Customer?’ title/link moves to above the cart but the form still opens below the cart, which goes un-noticed when viewing on mobile.
Can this be fixed so the link/form are in the same place after updating the cart?

Also I think it was the same with the ‘Have Coupon’ section moving above the cart – I disabled coupons to stop the problem. You might want to fix it for that at the same time if you’re changing the page.
