With a theme or plugin purchase, you get access to one year of support and updates.

Up to 5 sites: We will provide 5 domains one year Tech support ( Support forum , contact form ) with updates & access to download .

Unlimited site: We will provide Unlimited domain lifetime Tech support ( Support forum , contact form & skype or WhatsApp ) with updates & access .

All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of WordPress. We may retire older themes if we feel they are no longer representative of our offering.

Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via Support forum , contact form, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bug fixes that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes & basic usage questions.

We do not provide support for:

• our free themes (except bugs and free updates);
• the use or issues arising from the use of 3rd party plugins;
• troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 9.

We will answer all support questions within 24-48 hours or faster.

We must always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5.0 or higher. Any version before that may have problems with some theme functionality. Our products' minimal requirement is the same as WP, which is currently PHP and MySQL or MariaDB latest version (requirements).

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of aThemeArt. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Some of our blogs contain affiliate links. If you click on such an affiliate product link and make a purchase, we’ll receive a commission from the seller. The amount you pay for the product doesn’t increase.

We believe that those make consuming content harder and prevent the reader in ways that do not help. That’s why we’ve opted not to use old advertising at all.

When viewing the theme demos, you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. Our themes do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The images used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your thumbnail images.

To purchase any of our products, you have the option of paying via PayPal or any major credit and debit cards, which are securely processed via 2checkout. There are no hidden or recurring fees, you will be charged a one-time payment. We do not store your payment or credit card information for your security.

aThemeArt does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should test against the demonstration templates on the demo server.

Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified, or third party plugins have been installed.
