All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.

You may use purchased themes and plugins on as many websites as you like. Each purchase includes access to one year of updates and support (where applicable).

All of our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.

We offer three support tiers for plugins:

• Single Site: One domain - one year of technical support, updates, and download access.
• Up to 5 Sites: Up to five domains - one year of technical support, updates, and download access.
• Unlimited Sites: Unlimited domains - lifetime technical support, updates, and full access. (Additional channels such as Skype or WhatsApp may be available for unlimited plans.)

Technical support is provided through our Support Forum and Contact Form. These are the official and fastest ways to receive help. For unlimited plans we may also offer support via Skype or Live Chat.

We do not provide support via Facebook, Twitter, or other social channels. Our support covers common issues and bug fixes but does not generally include custom theme development or extensive customizations.

We do not provide support for:

• Free themes (except bug fixes and free updates);
• Issues caused by third-party plugins;
• Problems in Internet Explorer versions older than IE9.

We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours.

We develop and test our themes for WordPress 5.0 and higher. Themes should be used with a supported version of PHP and either MySQL or MariaDB as required by the current WordPress requirements. Older WordPress versions may not support all theme features.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products (modified or unmodified). All products are the property of aThemeArt and are provided "as is" without warranty. In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Some of our blog posts contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the seller. The price you pay will not increase as a result.

We avoid intrusive advertising because we believe it makes content harder to consume and degrades the user experience.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review third-party terms and privacy policies before using those sites.

Demo sites include photographic images for illustration only. Demo images are not included with theme downloads. You are responsible for supplying your own images and ensuring you have the proper rights to use them.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or major credit/debit cards (2Checkout). There are no hidden or recurring fees-purchases are one-time payments. We do not store your payment or card information.

aThemeArt reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

aThemeArt provides no warranty or guarantee on themes. We cannot ensure compatibility with all third-party components, plugins, or browser combinations. We may refuse support for issues that arise after files have been modified or third-party plugins installed.

Products must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our products without written permission from aThemeArt. Do not use our products on sites that infringe copyright or promote violence, racism, explicit sexual content, gambling, or other illegal activities.

Product updates are provided free of charge when available. While we strive to maintain and improve our products, we cannot guarantee that updates will be released indefinitely. Paid customization and enhancement services are available upon request.

The term "lifetime" in our plans refers to the active lifespan of the product. We reserve the right to retire or discontinue any product at any time and for any reason.
